Eunji Jeong

Eunji is the founder of Designed Minds, a global community of designers who create and build like entrepreneurs. After spending a decade as a UX designer across multiple industries, she found her passion for mentoring others and creating opportunities by connecting resources, people, and data. Her work focuses on collaboration, organizing workshops, joint projects, and facilitated events where designers share their work and learn from each other. In October 2026, Designed Minds is launching its East Asian chapter, with Seoul as its central location.

Throughout her ten years in UX design and strategy, Eunji has led product and innovation projects for Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, Samsung, Hilton, and Home Depot. Her emphasis has always been on humanizing technology and building coherent customer experiences across platforms, such as AI voicebots, IoT devices, web, and mobile.

Eunji regularly speaks at local and international events, including the 2025 European Chatbot Summit, 2024 The Korea Society and SaaS Open, and 2022 BeMore Conference.
